We want you to be confident buying the Faceless Reels Masterclass. If it isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund.

14-day refund window

Email support@hustleinfluence.com within 14 days of your purchase date, from the email address you used at checkout, and tell us you'd like a refund. You don't need to justify it, although feedback is always welcome.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is processed, your access to the Course ends.

After the refund window

Because the Course is digital and delivered instantly, we don't normally offer refunds after the window has passed, except where required by law. If you had a technical problem that stopped you accessing the Course, contact us and we'll fix it or make it right.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where there's clear evidence of abuse, such as downloading all materials and requesting repeated refunds across multiple purchases.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. If you're in the EU, UK or another region with a withdrawal right for digital content, note that by starting to access the Course immediately after purchase you ask for immediate delivery; our voluntary 14-day refund policy applies in any case.

Educational product, no income guarantee

The Course is educational. Refund eligibility isn't based on results, since results vary and income is never guaranteed.
